Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Unwashed
- In original condition
- All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or improper handling will not qualify for return.
- Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or refund.
- All return requests are subject to approval after inspection by our quality team.

Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and approved after inspection:

- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.
