Every product undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch to ensure customers receive products in excellent condition.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
  • All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or improper handling will not qualify for return.
  • Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • All return requests are subject to approval after inspection by our quality team.

Product Quality Inspection

All products shipped by Fast Wear undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

Returned products will again be inspected by our quality team after pickup. Returns will only be approved if the product satisfies all return conditions mentioned in this policy.

Fast Wear provides a hassle-free return experience.

  • Eligible returns are processed with FREE return shipping.
  • No return handling or restocking charges will be applied.
  • Our team will arrange pickup services whenever available.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.
  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
